CITY OF SOUTH PERTH STRATEGIC FINANCIAL PLAN

The Strategic Financial Plan (SFP) serves as a resource plan for the future
of the district. It is a blueprint for the financial sustainability of our
City and it ensures that our aspirations for the community are responsibly
matched with our capacity to deliver these outcomes.

The Strategic Financial Plan supports initiatives that bring together and
support our community whilst looking to enhance its social, environmental
and economic well being. Importantly, it provides a model to achieve those
outcomes in a responsible, financially sustainable and accountable manner.

The development of a Strategic Financial Plan is not only a responsible
financial management practice but it also fulfils all of the City's
statutory obligations under the Local Government Act and Financial
Management Regulations in relation to preparing a Plan for the Future of the
District.
