Minutes & Agendas

The City recognises the importance of open and accountable government. As part of our commitment to transparent decision making., the City makes documents relating to council meetings available to interested members of the community.  The Agendas for each Ordinary or Special Council Meeting are provided before the meeting. Wherever possible, the Attachments referred to in the officer reports are included with the Agenda.

Should you wish to request a deputation to address Council on a specific Agenda item, it will be necessary to complete a Request for a Deputation to address Council form and lodge it with the City by noon on the Monday prior to the Council meeting.  Please select one of the two ways to lodge the Request for a Deputation to address Council form by clicking on a link below.

To ensure the efficient co-ordination and running of the meeting, applications must be received by this time. Applications received after the close off time will only be accepted in special circumstances.

Where electronic media is to be used as part of a deputation it shall be presented in MS Powerpoint format and delivered to the City of South Perth offices prior to 12 noon on the day the deputation is to be presented to Council.

Shortly after each meeting, the Minutes of the relevant Council Meeting (including all of the Resolutions of Council) are posted on the Internet for public access.

The City has a legal disclaimer which applies to the reliance of any member of the public upon statements made at Council Meetings and this extends to the information provided on the City’s website.
