COUNCIL

To provide effective representation for our ratepayers and residents, the City is divided into six (6) approximately equal Wards.

Council comprises a Mayor and 12 members representing the South Perth community.

Eligible electors choose two (2) members from each ward in the city to form a Council which is then presided over by a popularly elected Mayor.
