City Management
Council is assisted in undertaking its functions and
responsibilities by a staff of professional officers who deliver
services to the South Perth community in accordance with the City’s
identified strategic direction and corporate values. The staff team is
led by a Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Management Team who
collectively have responsibility
for
• Strategic and
forward financial planning.
• Implementing
the strategies, policies and decisions of council.
• Managing the
daily operations of the City.
• Ensuring the
suitability and effectiveness of services delivered to the community.
• Ensuring that
the City’s financial, technical and human resources are deployed
in
way which maximises community benefit.
• Maintaining
the integrity of systems and processes required to discharge the City’s
accountability and compliance obligations.
