Precinct Studies

From time to time, the City of South Perth undertakes precinct studies to investigate aspects of development of particular areas. Some areas have distinctive characteristics which could be further developed or enhanced, and a precinct study is an ideal way of focusing on an area.  Precinct studies enable both the City and the local community to focus on the specific area under examination, to find the most appropriate outcome.
