The City of South Perth delivers a wide range of services to our community and visitors. We receive more than 100,000 direct contacts a year from our customers by telephone, in writing or in person, and our City hosts almost one million visitors each year to the Perth Zoo, Australia Day celebrations and major events such as the Red Bull Air Race.

The City recognises that our customers may sometimes need to contact us after hours for emergencies. A locally based after-hours call centre is able to respond to these urgent customer matters.
